Lender Guide to Placing an Appraisal Order
Ralph Real Estate Appraisal is dedicated to providing residential mortgage lenders with a variety of appraisal service options for ordering appraisals.
Order Placement. Placing an order with Ralph Real Estate Appraisal is easy. Simply fax, email, call or submit your request online at this website (by clicking on Order an Appraisal).
If we have a question or problem with an order, we will contact you immediately.
Order Status. Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. We will keep you advised concerning the status of your appraisal order by email, phone or online status notifications. You may call our office at 901-755-8993 or contact us by email at orders@ralphrealestateappraisal.com. If you have placed an order online, you can check status on this website.
Order Completion. Appraisal reports are emailed to you in PDF format, typically within 2-3 business days after the appraisal inspection, depending on the complexity of the assignment and the type of appraisal report required. You will be advised in the event of any unforseen delay in completing your order.
